Yes, these cupcakes really have tequila in them. And they taste amazing! Even my 80-year-old grandmother had one :)
I used the recipe found here http://www.browneyedbaker.com/2011/05/05/margarita-cupcakes-cinco-de-mayo/ but substituted half the butter for extra buttermilk to cut down the fat.
